Delivery, Payment, and Returns
Delivery:

By placing an online order, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated courier fee.

Delivery can be made either to the Customer’s address (chosen during the ordering process; you must provide: full address, full name, postal code, preferred delivery date, and any additional instructions) or to an Econt courier office or parcel locker. A full list of Econt offices and lockers can be found here.

All online orders over BGN 120 are delivered free of charge via Econt courier to an office, locker, or address. Your preference must be indicated during the ordering process. In case of non-receipt or return of the shipment, the Customer loses the right to free delivery.
Delivery Time:
Deliveries within Bulgaria are made via Econt courier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours on business days. The online store does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Shipments placed on these days are sent on the next business day.

Orders placed by 14:00 on business days – maximum delivery time: 2 business days.

Orders placed after 14:00 on business days – maximum delivery time: 3 business days.

Payment:
Orders can be paid using one of the methods listed in the online store. By choosing a payment method other than cash on delivery, you agree to pay for your order in advance using a credit or debit card.

Cash on Delivery: Pay the courier upon receipt of your order.

Credit/Debit Card: Pay during the ordering process.

Bank Transfer: Payment via bank transfer.
Order Cancellation and Returns:
Please note that dietary supplements are considered specific products. Due to safety, quality, and hygiene requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your order.
