As a food supplement, take 1 capsule (1 dose) daily. May be taken at any time of day, before or after meals. The product is suitable for long-term use. If taking Onbiome Balance alongside an antibiotic, take the synbiotic 2 hours after the antibiotic dose. Do not take Onbiome Balance with alcohol, or with hot or iced beverages and foods, as these may reduce the effectiveness of the beneficial bacteria.
