Shelf life: 2 years.

Dissolve the contents of the required number of capsules (one capsule per 1.5–2 liters of milk) in preheated milk at 42 °C. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Pour the inoculated milk into prepared containers. Allow to ferment at 42 °C for 6–8 hours until coagulation, then let sit at room temperature for approximately 2 hours before refrigerating for 8 hours.
