Shelf life: 2 years.

Dissolve the contents of the required number of capsules (one capsule per 1.5–2 liters of milk) in preheated milk at 45 °C. Stir thoroughly until the starter is completely dissolved. Pour the inoculated milk into prepared containers. Allow to ferment at 45 °C for 4–6 hours until coagulation. Let sit at room temperature for approximately 2 hours before refrigerating for 8 hours.
